Liquid Soap Base & Paste

Liquid Soap can be made with many different oils, depending on the characteristics you are looking for in the soap. If a transparent soap is your goal, there are certain oils that you would not use. But if reading your newspaper through your soap is not your goal, almost any oil or combination of oils will make a good liquid soap.
Liquid soap can be watery thin or gel like depending on the fragrances used (I have found this to be totally unpredictable). The soaps can also be thickened using several ingredients at different points in the soap making process.

There are two ways to order your Liquid Soap:

I will ship the liquid soap paste with instructions for diluting it using your water and equipment. You will need a large pot for this step. It does require a bit of time since you will need to check it periodically until the paste and the liquid are incorporated. The savings, both in cost and in shipping charges, are significant.
I will ship you the fully diluted liquid soap of your choice, ready for your fragrances and other enhancements. Preservative is added at 0.5%.

Either way you will have a quality handmade liquid soap, ready to individualize for your customers.

To get the wholesale price, it will be necessary to buy at least a gallon of the diluted soap and approximately 10 lbs of the undiluted base, which will make about 4.5 gallons of finished soap.
